Each year, the Athens (OH) Homebrew Club sponsors a homebrew competition as part of Ohio Brew Week. The competition is sanctioned by the Beer Judge Certification Program, or
BJCP, a national organization that promotes beer literacy.
The competition is open to all homebrewers, and competition organizers welcome anyone who wishes to be a judge or steward during the event. While the competition is open to the first 400 registrants, the event itself is closed to the public. Be sure to stay in touch for results!
